Full consultation to discuss venue options, themes, design
Full ongoing support through scheduled meetings
Mood-boarding and event design
Venue sourcing for ceremony and reception
Site visits*, supplier meetings* e.g. décor and caterer
Supplier sourcing and negotiations (florist, décor, makeup, hairstylist,
photographer, cake, caterer etc)
Liaise with suppliers until the main event
Budget planning and management
Supplier payment scheduling and payment plan negotiations
Full wedding day coordination
Guest welcome packages in hotel – such as favours,
information packs, and welcome letters.
Producing full event itineraries for suppliers
Wedding breakfast coordination
Investment: 15% of wedding budget, minimum of £7,500 applies.
