Full consultation to discuss venue options, themes, design
Full ongoing support through scheduled meetings
Mood-boarding and full event design
Venue sourcing for ceremony and reception
Supplier sourcing and negotiations (florist, décor, makeup, hairstylist, photographer, cake, caterer etc)
Liaise with suppliers until the main event
Budget planning and management
Supplier payment scheduling and payment plan arrangements
RSVP management
Producing full event itineraries for suppliers
Full wedding day coordination
Wedding breakfast coordination
Arrival of our events team 2-3 days prior to event
Guest experience management – excursions, restaurant bookings, spa arrangements, hotel transfers, hair & makeup bookings
Guest welcome packages in hotel – such as favours, information packs, welcome letters etc
